"Seafood Throwdown" Competition between 2 renowned Cape Cod Chefs/ Executive Executive Chef Ben Porter of the Belfry Inne & Bistro - Sandwich, MA belfryinn.com and Executive Chef Daniel Kenney of Red's at Sea Crest Beach Hotel-North Falmouth, Massachusetts/Cape Cod. Both Chefs were given the opportunity to select local produce in combination with a "mystery" SCUP fish and prepare a Judge's Choice appertizer or entree. I was there trying to find the Cleveland Ledge Lighthouse and stumbled upon this massive ship squeezing under the railroad bridge. It was raining pretty hard as you can see the water drops on my lens. Suspense is killing you right?
